What is the typical timeline?

Timelines vary by complexity. A typical full-scale residential renovation spans 8-14 months from concept to completion. We prioritize a rigorous design phase to ensure a seamless build.

Do you handle sourcing?

Yes. We have cultivated relationships with artisans and suppliers across Europe and Japan. We handle the procurement, logistics, and installation of all FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment).

How do fees work?

We operate on a fixed design fee for the concept and documentation phases, followed by a percentage-based fee for project management and procurement. Transparency is paramount.
